Labels and wording mostly clear, but some confusion remains
I expected the software to have straightforward and intuitive wording throughout its interface, which largely turned out to be true. The main dashboard and calling tools had labels that were instantly understandable, making it easier for me to navigate the platform. Certain terms related to the database feature corresponded well with what I was used to from other tools, so that felt comfortable. However, there were a few buttons and menu choices where the wording was a bit ambiguous, and I had to pause to figure out their exact function. Despite this minor issue, everything got the job done in the end. The automatic update notifications were clear and didn’t disrupt my workflow. Overall, the software matched my expectations fairly well: practical and serviceable with just a slight room for improved clarity in labeling.
