Labels and wording mostly clear, a small hiccup

The onboarding and training interface was generally clear to navigate. The labels on most of the buttons and menus made sense, letting me proceed without much hesitation. For example, the database section was straightforward to access, and the call dialer’s controls were easy to identify. That said, there were a couple of instances where the wording could have been clearer. One of the training modules used terminology that made me pause to reread the instructions, which slightly slowed down my progress. Still, I appreciated that the steps were laid out logically from start to finish, guiding me through signing up, training, and setting up calls in a reasonable sequence. Overall, I would say the wording and labels do the job well enough but could improve just a little for total clarity.
