Labels and wording: mixed clarity and confusion
The support and communication from WFHI presented a mix of clear and unclear elements. On the positive side, their telephonic support was available and generally courteous, which helped when I was stuck. However, many of the labels in the software and guide materials were not intuitive, making it hard to navigate features like the dialer and database. This lack of clarity meant I often spent extra time guessing what certain terms meant or how steps were sequenced. Additionally, some instructions in the training materials used jargon that didn’t match the interface, leading to more confusion. While the support team’s tone was friendly, the phrasing and labels themselves needed improvement to better facilitate user understanding.
