Labels and wording missing clarity

I was interested in purchasing WFHI because their services sounded promising, but I found it quite difficult to navigate the sales materials and software descriptions due to confusing wording. The labels in the dashboard and menus seemed ambiguous and didn’t clearly explain what each section did. Even during the sign-up process, the terminology used made it hard to understand what payment plans included or how automatic updates would affect my workflow. The training materials were scanty on explanations for these terms, which left me feeling lost at times. I attempted to contact telephonic support for clarification, but the answers were often vague and didn’t really address my concerns fully. Additionally, the dialing tools and database features had labels that did not match their actual function, which made me hesitant to proceed further. The invoicing process also lacked detail about charges in a way that was straightforward. Overall, the lack of clarity in wording and labels significantly impacted my confidence in using the software, and I felt that more precise language was missing to help new users like me understand the product thoroughly before purchase. This was a major factor why I withdrew from fully committing to this platform.
