Labels and wording misled me, caused confusion before purchase

Looking back, the way the product was presented was quite misleading for me, leading to a frustrating experience overall. The labels on the website and in the sales process didn't clearly explain what exactly I'd be getting, and sometimes terms felt overly technical or vaguely defined. I spent time waiting for responses from support, hoping to clarify things before buying, but the explanations remained unclear and left me with more questions. After purchase, I realized that many features I thought were included were actually add-ons or required separate training, which was never emphasized upfront. Honestly, this led to disappointment because I expected a straightforward package based on what was advertised. In retrospect, better clarity in the sales material and simpler language could prevent such confusion for customers. For me, the experience was more hassle than helpful, and I wouldn’t recommend buying without getting detailed answers about the product features beforehand. It felt like I was navigating a maze without a map until it was too late.
