Labels and wording made onboarding almost painless
After going through the training and onboarding process, I can say the wording and labels were quite clear and made navigation easier. Honestly, I was skeptical at first because I’ve dealt with software that uses vague or inconsistent terms that only add to confusion. But here, the labels for the calling tools and the database sections were straightforward, which saved me time explaining things to myself. The setup flow didn’t have unnecessary jargon or complicated steps, and it matched what I needed to do pretty well. Still, I felt a bit weary of the constant updates during my practice runs, even though they seemed necessary. Overall, though, the clarity in language gave me enough confidence to keep moving forward without second-guessing each step. I’m glad the training made the effort to keep it simple because that’s what really helps when you’re onboarding for remote workflow software.
