Labels and wording left me quite surprised

When I first signed up, I expected the billing section to be straightforward, but honestly, I found the labels and terminology confusing. It seemed as if some terms were not consistent throughout the invoice and payment pages. For instance, what was listed as "Subscription" On one screen became "Plan" On another, which threw me off. I tried to reach telephonic support, but the explanations were not very clear either. Overall, the process felt more complicated than it should be and definitely didn’t go smoothly for me. However, I will say that automatic updates to the billing interface did attempt to keep things current, so that was a small plus. Still, I was frustrated with how the wording did not make sense to me, making it difficult to understand what exactly I was paying for at times. I was hoping for more clarity in this area compared to what I encountered.
