Labels and wording left me puzzled longer than expected

I was quite surprised by how confusing the actual labels and wording were when I tried to understand the features and support options over the phone. I had assumed that a professional-grade software and training platform like this would have clear, straightforward language for all aspects, especially during support calls and documentation. The terminology and jargon often felt inconsistent, making it difficult to know exactly what I was being offered or what the next steps were. Even when speaking to telephonic support, the explanations didn’t always clarify my doubts fully, leading to repeated back and forth. It was particularly unexpected because the invoices and payment instructions, which you’d think are basic, also involved unclear phrasing. I was hoping the automatic updates feature would be easier to grasp but found it barely addressed properly in the training I attended. Overall, the lack of clear, consistent wording left me feeling hesitant rather than helped. Others might find it easier, but for me it was a frustrating experience that made me question how user-friendly this software really is, especially for people who appreciate simplicity.
