Labels and wording left me confused at times
Looking back on my experience before purchasing and during the initial sales interaction, I found the wording used in the WFHI system somewhat inconsistent and occasionally unclear. While I appreciated the overall offer of software and training, some labels and instructions didn’t fully explain what particular features were for, especially concerning how the calling tools linked with the database. I had to spend extra time figuring out what certain terms meant, and the differentiations between some packages felt murky. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, but I think clearer explanations during the pre-purchase phase would have helped me make more confident decisions. Invoicing was fine once set up, and the automatic updates didn’t cause any disruption, so that part worked well. However, it took me a while to get a grasp of other elements because the user interface used ambiguous terminology. Even though the telephonic support was available, I was hesitant to call since I wasn’t sure if my questions would be answered promptly or if they would involve lengthy explanations. Overall, the wording and labeling could definitely improve to make everything more intuitive and transparent.
