Labels and Wording Led to Confusion, Resulting in Access Issues
I tried setting up my remote workflow using the WFHI software, but the wording and labels within the system were often unclear or misleading. For instance, the way certain functions were named did not match their actual purpose. This mismatch made it harder to navigate through the database and calling tools, which slowed me down considerably. During onboarding, I struggled to interpret instructions because the language was ambiguous, causing me to restart processes repeatedly. Also, while the dialer worked decently, it was difficult to link contacts properly due to ambiguous field names. Automatic updates did not seem to clarify or improve any confusing aspect either. I was hoping telephonic support would provide some clarity; however, their responses mostly repeated the unclear terminology instead of simplifying it. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, which I appreciated, but that was the only smooth element. Overall, the labeling system and terminology created more obstacles than assistance in getting started and using the software effectively.
