Labels and wording led to confusion more than clarity

My experience with the WFHI platform’s sales and pre-purchase details was quite frustrating, mainly because of the wording and labels used across their interface. While I understand that onboarding can be complex, the way key steps were titled left me unsure about what exactly each stage meant. For example, during sign-up, the distinctions between some subscription tiers were not clearly expressed, and I found myself hesitating about what I was committing to. The training materials and support did not clarify this sufficiently either, so I had to spend extra time contacting telephonic support to get answers. Invoicing terms were similarly confusing; certain charges appeared without adequate explanation, making it difficult to interpret what was included or optional. The calling tools and database seemed fine, but the lack of clarity at the beginning raised doubts that took away from confidence. Even the automatic updates section used jargon instead of simple descriptions, which to someone like me felt unnecessarily technical. I wish the whole sales and onboarding language were simplified to guide new users better. Despite some helpful support interactions, these linguistic barriers made the experience less smooth than I expected, and it felt like a bigger hurdle than it needed to be right from the start.
