Labels and Wording Led to Confusion but Transactions Were Completed
While the software itself appears robust once you navigate it, I found that some of the wording and labels during the sales and payment processes were somewhat unclear. Terms like "Package" And "Modules" Were used inconsistently in the pre-purchase information, leading to initial misunderstanding about what features were included in each tier. The sign-up portal also labeled the invoicing options ambiguously, which caused a delay in completing payment as I had to verify multiple times. That said, once I clarified these issues with telephonic support, which was responsive, I was able to complete the process without further trouble. The training and onboarding materials use clearer terminology which helped reduce confusion post-sale. I think better labeling and consistency in the sales language would prevent this hurdle for new customers going forward. The outcome was successful but the language barriers could definitely improve to streamline early stages of engagement.
