Labels and Wording Led to a Confusing Outcome

The software interface uses wording and labels that I found somewhat unintuitive for the actions required. For example, some menu options use terms that don't clearly correspond to their functions, which caused delays in navigating through the dashboard and understanding which part managed the dialer versus the database. This ambiguity affected my ability to efficiently use the calling tools and made the onboarding phase more drawn out than necessary. While the automatic updates kept the software current, they did not clarify these labeling issues. In the end, the unclear terminology led to a less smooth workflow and required extra time to adapt or seek support to understand basic navigation.
