Labels and wording just didn’t click for me at all

I have to say, when I first started exploring what WFHI offered, I was pretty confused by the way things were labeled and explained. It almost felt like the words on the screen were written in a way that assumed I had prior experience, which I don’t. I remember trying to figure out the billing section; phrases used there were vague, and terms like "Automatic updates" And "Priority assistance" Sounded nice but didn’t quite clarify what actually happens behind the scenes. The sign-up page itself had a few labels that felt the opposite of intuitive – for instance, the database feature was mentioned but it was unclear whether it meant I had to import my own data or if it was something they would provide. I ended up clicking around a lot, hoping to find a simple explanation or tutorial, but it all just felt confusing and led nowhere for my understanding. The training section didn’t help much either because it assumed I knew some technical terms without actually explaining them. When I reached support to ask questions, the answers were helpful but only after I wrestled with phrases that didn’t make sense at first. Overall, the moment it clicked for me never really arrived during this early experience, and I found myself frustrated rather than confident in using the software. I hoped for clearer wording and more straightforward labels to help guide me through what looked like a promising tool.
