Labels and wording ended up confusing rather than helping

Honestly, I found the training and onboarding materials to be a bit of a mixed bag mainly because the wording and labels didn’t always make sense to me. Sometimes the instructions used terms that felt too technical or just didn’t clearly explain what I was supposed to do next. This caused a few moments where I was stuck wondering if I missed a step or misunderstood a feature. The dialer tools, for example, had buttons and labels that weren’t intuitive, so I had to keep going back to the user guide or figure things out through trial and error. I did find some aspects of the database feature easier to navigate once I got used to it, but even then, the initial descriptions didn’t help much. Trying to keep track of invoicing and payments was also a bit challenging at first because of unclear terms. I think they could benefit from simplifying the language overall and maybe including more visuals or examples. As it stands, the experience left me a bit overwhelmed and unsure rather than confident about using the software effectively.
