labels and wording didn't meet my expectations

I expected the software interface and support communication to be more straightforward based on earlier products I have used. However, when I tried going through the training and using calling tools, many labels seemed unclear or improperly placed. For example, some buttons in the dialer were labeled in a way that confused me about their exact function, which slowed down my workflow. The terminology used in tutorials felt inconsistent with the actual software menu descriptions, making it harder to follow without multiple back-and-forths asking support for clarification. The onboarding emails contained phrases that weren't intuitive, so I had to recheck instructions multiple times. On the plus side, when I did reach telephonic support, their explanations were helpful and patient, even if I felt I shouldn’t have needed to clarify so much. Sign-up and invoicing were fine—the process was simple and generated clear invoices promptly. But I really hoped the wording in the software and training would be more aligned with common industry and software standards. This mismatch affected the ease of adopting the software despite its other strong features like automatic updates and database integration. So while some elements worked well overall, the inconsistency in language really held the experience back from being smooth and efficient.
