Labels and wording didn’t make sense and that was frustrating from the start

I found that the software’s wording and labels were quite confusing for me, and after several attempts, it still hadn’t clicked how to navigate the features properly. For example, the dialer wasn’t clearly labeled as such, and some of the buttons used terminology that seemed unclear or inconsistent with other software I am used to. When I tried to use the database feature, I wasn’t sure if I was entering data correctly or if I was missing a step in onboarding. Even the help sections felt too vague to resolve these doubts, and calling support didn’t immediately clear things up because explanations used similar unclear language. This lack of clear labeling made the software hard to use, and I couldn’t find a straightforward path through the training modules either. Overall, the moment that it was supposed to become intuitive simply never came for me, which was pretty disappointing.
