labels and wording? depends on how comfy you are with tech stuff
Thinking back on the billing and payments with WFHI, I realize it’s a mix depending on who you are. If you’re someone comfortable with typical subscription wording and service level descriptions, you’ll probably find the labels and terms quite logical and clear. There is terminology related to invoicing, payments, and workflows which makes sense in the software’s context but might look a bit intimidating for newcomers. From my perspective, I wasn’t sure about some of the phrases at first, like how automatic updates were billed or what exactly was included in some of the charges. I noticed that after a couple of payment cycles, it started making more sense, though. So if you’re more of a beginner or tech-novice, this might feel a little confusing at first. But if you’re reasonably familiar with subscriptions and software billing, it should be fairly straightforward. I guess this product suits those who don’t shy away from spending some time understanding the process and prefer transparency. If you want something ultra simple with minimal jargon, it might feel overwhelming initially though I wouldn’t say it’s a dealbreaker.
