Labels and wording could be clearer, but support is alright

When I first started using the software and tried to reach the support team, I found the wording on some labels and prompts quite confusing. It took me a while to understand exactly what a few options meant, especially in the database and dialer settings. The labels were not as intuitive as I expected, so I had to ask for help more than once. The support staff were helpful enough on the phone when I finally contacted them, but I felt like some of the terms used in the system didn’t match everyday language very well. This made it difficult at first to follow instructions or know for sure what would happen after selecting certain actions. For example, the invoicing section used terms that I didn't immediately connect with what I expected from a billing system. Although I eventually got used to it, I think the interface could benefit from clearer explanations or tooltips. On the plus side, when I managed to get through the initial confusion, the billing process and updates were consistent. So I can admit that while the communication on the portal needs some improvement, the support quality and overall flow work fine. It just would help if the labels and wording were more thoughtfully chosen from the start, which might reduce the number of calls to support and the back-and-forth that I felt I was stuck in for a bit.
