I found the training and onboarding moderately frustrating because the labels and wording used throughout did not always make sense. The terminology in the software, especially concerning the database features and dialer options, was often unclear or inconsistent, which made following the training guidelines confusing at times. My initial impression was that the instructions would be straightforward, but I frequently had to pause and reread steps or ask support to clarify certain phrases. On the positive side, the structure of the training modules was comprehensive, and the onboarding flow was logically sequenced, so I could eventually piece things together. However, the lack of clear labeling made me doubt how well the software’s features aligned with common terminology used in remote workflows. This added unnecessary friction to what should have been a smoother process. The telephonic support did help clarify some points, though their explanations sometimes assumed prior knowledge that I did not have. I think a revision of the text and labels with more user-friendly language might improve the overall experience significantly.
