Labels and wording confused me until I figured it out

Starting with the sign-up, the options presented were clear enough, but once I logged in and tried navigating the software, the meaning of certain buttons and labels didn’t immediately make sense to me. For instance, the way the database entries were categorized felt inconsistent; I had to try a few different paths to understand how the records linked to the calling tools. The dialer interface was functional but used some terms I hadn’t seen before in other software, which slowed me down a bit. It wasn’t until I spent extra time reading the tooltips and checking the FAQ that the overall structure clicked. I’d say the access was fine but the initial terminology and navigation definitely needed some getting used to, and it shouldn't have been so opaque. This made the first few hours of using the software slightly frustrating until I came to grips with it.
