Labels and wording confused me more than expected

I was really hoping that the software labels and navigation would be intuitive, especially since many similar tools I've used before had clearer headings. Right at the start, the sign-up and invoicing section used terms that felt ambiguous, like "Subscription cycle" And "Access period" Without clear explanations, which created unnecessary confusion for me. The automatic updates added new features but sometimes introduced changes to menu labels, making it harder to find the calling tools or database sections I relied on. Other products I've tried had more consistent wording that made onboarding smoother, so I expected this to be similar. Trying to figure out what exactly each label meant slowed me down a lot during my first week using the software, and telephonic support, while available, didn’t always clarify these terms as well as I needed. That one part stood out as a real hurdle and affected how quickly I could access key functions like the dialer or training modules. I definitely think clearer wording would improve user experience a lot here.
