Labels and wording confused me but got sorted

When I first started using the software, I expected the labels and instructions to be straightforward and intuitive. However, some of the wording in menus and instructions did not match what I was used to, making navigation tricky initially. It felt like some features had inconsistent naming conventions, which slowed me down at first. Still, after a few days and some support calls, things began to make more sense. The helpdesk explained certain terms in a clearer way and made them easier to understand. So, while my initial expectations weren’t fully met, the outcome was that I could use the software competently after some adjustment. The final impression is mixed, but I appreciate the effort by the support team to clarify the confusing parts as I learned the system.
