Labels and wording confused me

I was quite surprised by how some of the labels and instructions within the software didn’t seem intuitive. For instance, some buttons had unclear names that made it difficult to guess their function without trial and error. This added unnecessary time to my workflow. Although the telephonic support was friendly enough, they sometimes seemed to use jargon or explanations that didn’t clarify the label confusion for me. The database feature itself worked okay once I managed to figure things out, and the calling tools were reliable. Still, I expected clearer guidance or at least more straightforward wording on the interface. Signing up and paying was simple, but the inconsistent language during daily use was frustrating because it felt like I was constantly double checking what each option actually meant. I hope the labels get improved soon for better clarity.
