Labels and Wording Completely Confused Me; Couldn’t Get Support

I tried to make sense of the software support, but the wording and labels just didn’t make any sense to me. I found myself getting more and more confused every time I looked at the instructions. The labels on the buttons and options felt inconsistent and unclear, so I never fully understood what each part was supposed to do. I thought maybe telephonic support would clear things up, but frankly, I was still lost after talking to them. They used terms I wasn’t familiar with and didn’t explain things in a straightforward way. I started second-guessing whether I was supposed to be doing something differently or if the software was just poorly designed. I kept hoping that some follow-up training or documentation would help, but it didn’t arrive or wasn’t easy to locate. In the end, I couldn’t get through the initial setup and felt frustrated that I had spent time and effort on something that ended up so confusing. I wish the wording and labels were simpler; without that clarity, the support wasn’t very helpful for me.
