Labels and wording caused quite a bit of confusion
From the start, I noticed the terms and labels in the interface did not make immediate sense to me, which was frustrating as I expected a straightforward experience with the support and communication aspects. The phrases used for menu items and help topics seemed somewhat mismatched to the functions they were supposed to describe, leading to a fair amount of guesswork on my part to figure things out. When I contacted support for clarification, their responses were helpful but occasionally over technical and hard to follow, which added to my hesitation in progressing quickly. I also found some inconsistencies in how certain features were named between the training modules and the live software, which did not help my confidence. Although the sign-up and payment steps were clear, the communication around what each subscription tier entailed in practical terms was not always obvious. I had hoped these would be polished before my first use. Despite these challenges, I must admit that the support team was patient and willing to explain details telephonically when I persisted. Overall, the experience left me feeling a little lost at times due to the wording and labels, which slowed down my ability to engage fully with the service.
