Labels and wording caused confusion throughout
While working with WFHI’s support communication during my use of their software, I often found the terminology used quite confusing. The labels on some tools and options were not very intuitive, which led me to spend extra time figuring out what each function was meant for. Even the onboarding instructions seemed to presume a level of technical knowledge that I didn’t have, making it harder to navigate the dialer and database tools effectively. Support staff were patient, but the unclear terminology slowed down the whole process. Payment and invoicing terms also suffered from vague wording, so I wasn’t always confident that I had processed things correctly. Although I didn’t encounter any major failures in the system itself, the unclear language diminished the overall experience and made everyday use feel more cumbersome than it should have been. For me, a clearer set of labels and simpler explanations would have made a significant difference.
