I started to explore the WFHI software after signing up and found some of the labeling rather surprising and not immediately clear. The terminology used in the onboarding screens, for example, didn't quite match what I expected from the explanations I had read previously. There was a “Workflow setup” section which seemed ambiguous—was it about the ongoing configuration or the initial step? The calling tools were presented with labels like “Smart dialer” which sounded promising, but the actual functionality felt more basic than that. I also noticed that some buttons were named in ways that suggested different features than what they actually offered. This made me hesitate each time I navigated through the database tools because I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing. I thought the invoicing labels were clearer, and the payment process was straightforward without any confusing terms, so that part felt okay. Even the support section had inconsistent labeling that left me wondering how to best reach assistance. I’m trying to piece together if it's just a matter of getting used to it or if clearer wording would truly help. The unexpected terminology made the learning curve steeper, which was frustrating as I wanted to get on with using the software rather than guessing what certain sections meant. Overall, the experience left me uncertain about some parts of the system while other aspects like payments and support invoicing interfaces were adequately clear.
