Labels and wording are mostly user friendly, just a few quirks

Honestly, I was chatting with a friend the other day about this training and orientation software, and I told her the wording mostly makes sense but can get a bit confusing at times. Like, for the database, some of the labels are super straightforward which helps a lot, but a couple of times I had to stop and think ‘Wait, what does this button exactly do?’ It’s nothing major and I was able to figure those out quickly, maybe after rereading a couple of times or using the support. The onboarding tutorial explained most of it well, though some sections used terms that seemed a bit technical for beginners. The dialer and calling tools have clear names which is nice – no weird jargon there. I guess the overall experience was friendly and not intimidating, so I didn’t end up frustrated, just needed to adjust a bit. If I were telling another friend about it, I’d say it’s easy to get comfortable but expect a little occasional pause to understand labels.
