Labels and terms needed better clarity to avoid confusion
In browsing through the sales information and signing up, I found the wording and labels used a bit inconsistent and unclear. The dashboard and calling tools had labels that sometimes didn’t match what I expected from the descriptions I read before signup. For instance, the database feature was described generically without clear examples of how it fits typical workflows, which made understanding its value harder. The invoicing language also left some ambiguity about payment timelines and amounts relative to usage hours. While the training covered these parts eventually, I felt an introductory glossary or clearer terms would have helped reduce early confusion. The sales material was warm in tone but lacked specifics that would have made navigation of the system and expectations smoother initially. Overall, there was room for improvement in language clarity throughout the pre-purchase materials.
