Labels and terms mostly clear and functional

Using the WFHI software for a few weeks now, I’ve found that the labels and terminology used across the interface are mostly sensible and easy to understand. The dashboard clearly separates sections like database management, calling tools, and training modules, which helps keep things organized. Some labels, however, felt a little generic or ambiguous, such as when navigating to billing options where ‘Payment History’ could have been more specific. Despite this, the workflow wasn’t impacted much because the menu structure guides you well through each task. I also liked that the software delivers automatic updates transparently, and they rarely interfered with my ongoing work. The sign-up and invoicing process followed logically named steps, so it was straightforward. Overall, while there’s a minor room for improvement in making certain labels more descriptive, I’d say the wording does its job clearly enough for daily use without confusion.
