Labels and terms made sense only after some digging

When I first received my invoice and payment details from WFHI, I have to admit, the wording wasn’t immediately clear. Initially, the term 'subscription cycle' confused me because it wasn't clear whether it meant monthly or something else. I had to revisit the dashboard a couple of times to understand the billing period correctly. Then, the invoice was well-formatted but included terms like 'service usage fee' and 'support charge' separately, and I wasn’t sure if these were recurring or one-time fees. It wasn’t until I had a detailed call with telephonic support that the distinctions became clearer; they patiently walked me through the breakdown. After that moment, the labels finally clicked, and I was able to anticipate future payments more comfortably. While the payment gateway itself was straightforward and reliable, the language used on billing documents could be simplified to prevent the initial confusion. It’s good overall, but a little clarity on invoice wording would improve user confidence, which is why I rate it three stars.
