Labels and terms in pricing plan clarified a lot upfront

From the outset, I found that the sales and pre-purchase information did a solid job of explaining the software features through well chosen terms and labels. The naming conventions for the various plans and add-ons were helpful in setting expectations about what was included, which made comparing options easier. For example, the way the dialer tool and database functionalities were categorized allowed me to understand their practical differences without confusion. However, there was one area that seemed less clear at first: the description of the training services. The wording used in some of the brochures was a bit technical, making it harder to grasp what level of support was actually offered during onboarding. I had to follow up with the sales team to clarify that part, which helped me make a more informed decision. On the positive side again, the invoices and payment process were clearly described in the documents and during the sign-up, which reduced any hassle or surprise later on. The automatic updates to software were also mentioned under a distinct heading, which I appreciated for transparency. Reflecting back, the thoughtful use of specific labels in pricing and product specs was an asset that supported clarity during purchase. The minor shortfall was in training descriptions, but overall I felt the information matched what the software and services delivered.
