Labels and Instructions Totally Confusing: A Mess

I was hoping to get started quickly because the onboarding promised straightforward steps, but honestly, the wording just threw me off. The labels on the dashboard made no sense to me; for example, what I think should be a simple 'call log' is buried under some unclear heading. I kept circling back trying to understand the flow but ended up more confused each time. Even the training was hard to follow because terms were inconsistent between the guide and the actual software interface. I called support a couple of times, but the explanations were just as unclear. I was trying to set up the dialer with which I wanted to run a week’s workflow, but I couldn’t even start. Automatic updates didn’t help; they changed things without notice, so what I learned didn’t match the new labels. Honestly, the whole experience left me frustrated because nothing felt straightforward or intuitive as promised. Maybe others find it easier, but for me, the confusing wording was the main blocker.
