Call tools and the dialer labels made sense for the most part, letting me track and manage calls efficiently through the database functions. The invoicing and payment processes were also signposted well, which helped avoid confusion. However, a few terms related to automatic updates and account prioritization could have been more explicitly explained, requiring me to contact telephonic support for clarification. This added an extra step that was a slight inconvenience, even though the support staff communicated clearly once I reached them. On balance, the language used strikes a good balance between technical accuracy and practical usability, which I appreciated.
