Labels and instructions didn’t quite make it clear
The moment I encountered the onboarding training with WFHI software, it became clear that the wording and labels used in the interface were not very intuitive. For example, the naming of some buttons and menu items didn’t correspond with what I expected from the instructions provided, which caused some confusion. I found myself unsure whether I was performing the right sequence of steps to fully set up the calling tools or engage the database feature. Ultimately, I felt that this slowed down my learning process and made me hesitant to rely solely on the guidelines. However, despite these issues, the training did manage to cover all necessary topics, which helped me understand the workflow at some basic level. The telephonic support offer was present but I didn’t receive enough clarity from it when I called. I can say that once I finally grasped the setup, the software performed the functions needed. Still, that crucial moment of clarity mostly failed to come from the provided wording and labels, which I consider an important shortfall in the onboarding experience.
