Labels and instructions caused more confusion than clarity
I really tried to engage fully with the training and onboarding materials provided by WFHI, hoping it would quickly get me up to speed with their platform. Unfortunately, the wording used throughout was quite confusing, with many labels and instructions that did not make immediate sense to me. At first glance, the interface seemed logical, but as I progressed into more detailed setups like using the database and dialing features, the terms used didn’t align with common industry language I am used to. This misalignment made it difficult to know if I was following the correct steps or missing something critical. The lack of clear guidance or context meant I had to pause frequently to rethink or even avoid some features altogether. Even the support team could only partially clarify these confusing terms, which added to my frustration. I do not fault the concept or the effort put into updates and support, but the onboarding flow’s unclear communication was a real stumbling block for me. Given this experience, I found it hard to rely on the system as my main tool, and I struggled to use it effectively throughout the initial weeks I attempted working with it.
