Labels and explanations were confusing or missing at times

I went into this expecting everything to be clearly labeled and logical, but that wasn’t my experience. The sales and pre-purchase materials left me guessing what some features actually entailed. For example, the wording around the database and calling tools was all over the place, with some labels sounding similar but meaning very different things. This made initial decisions unnecessarily complicated. Onboarding wasn’t much better as the instructions assumed knowledge I did not have. It felt like the documentation skipped over key definitions, so I had to contact support more than once just to understand the basic workflow setup. The invoicing and payment processes were labeled fairly well, I’ll grant that. But overall, more careful labelling would save users from the constant double-taking that slowed me down. It’s tiring to keep repeating these issues when clear language should be a priority for users at this stage.
