Labeling was clear but initial instructions thodi confusing thi
Maine expect kiya tha ki training aur software ke labels same honge jise use karna asaan ho, lekin thoda mismatch tha. Training material me kuch terms kaafi technical aur complex lagti thi jo mujhe initially confuse kar rahi thi. Jab software khud use kiya, toh menu aur buttons ke labels mujhe zyada straightforward aur practical lage. Matlab, jo software bol raha tha woh waisa hi tha, clear aur user-friendly. Training mein woh complexity ka thoda zyada darshaya gaya jo may be new users ke liye overwhelming tha. Par overall, support ki language samajhne me easy thi, aur dialer ka interface bhi intuitively designed tha. Mere liye yeh thoda divide create karta tha between training aur actual software, lekin at the end, mujhe laga ki software use karna aadat mein aa gaya. Ye balance thoda better ho sakta tha, lekin that's the only part jo thoda off tha otherwise support achha tha aur updates timely aati thi.
