Labeling on training was clear, but some instructions missed the mark
The training and onboarding experience was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the labels used in the software were quite straightforward and made navigation easier. I didn’t struggle to differentiate between various features because the terminology was consistent and mostly intuitive. However, the written instructions and the wording in some training materials were confusing. Several steps had vague explanations that didn't fully account for different workflows, which meant I spent extra time figuring things out on my own. This was particularly evident when I was trying to set up the call dialing system; some labels didn’t match the actions I expected, causing unnecessary hassle. The onboarding flow was okay but could benefit from clearer, more concise language throughout. I appreciated the effort to keep everything user-friendly, but clarity was lacking in parts, which hurt the overall experience. The support system was responsive when contacted, but if the initial training materials were more precise, I might have needed less assistance. In the end, the labeling worked well, but the wording in other training parts didn’t. It was a bit frustrating but manageable overall.
