Labeling clarity shines in otherwise confusing training

The training and onboarding experience left me mostly dissatisfied, primarily due to the confusing wording and unclear labels within the interface. Many terminologies used did not align with common usage or expectations, making it difficult to understand the sequence of steps required to progress through the training modules. For example, certain buttons and menu items were labelled with terms that did not clearly indicate their function, which led to unnecessary trial and error. However, I will concede that one aspect that stood out was the straightforwardness of the initial setup instructions, which were concise and easy to follow. Apart from this, the rest of the onboarding failed to provide a coherent narrative or logical flow, causing frustration during the learning process. The training materials did include useful information but were overshadowed by inconsistent terminology, which affected comprehension. Overall, the experience suggested that more attention is needed on user-friendly language and consistently applied labels to enhance navigation and understanding.
