label confusion was the most noticeable issue

label confusion was the most noticeable issue

I didn't find the wording and labels very clear at all, which made the initial sales and pre-purchase process a bit confusing. Some terms used on the dashboard or during sign-up didn't match my expectations, so I was unsure what certain features were supposed to do. The training tries to clarify the software but the inconsistent terminology added frustration, leaving me doubting if I'd set up things correctly. The dialer and database features sounded promising but the labels on facilities didn't help me understand the workflow intuitively. Even the invoicing section presented some unclear labels that slowed my progress. I usually don't mind technical jargon but this felt like poor communication. All this contributed to a negative first impression which lingered even though the support line was polite, it never fully resolved the confusion during my trial. Overall, the standout problem was the terminology used which failed to connect clearly to the functionality expected.
