Label confusion ruins expectations
Honestly, the sales page wording and labeling were a major letdown compared to what I expected before signing up. I assumed from the way features were described that the software would include certain calling tools and database sorting options straightforwardly, but in reality, some of those buttons and menu labels made me second guess what was actually included or how to get started. The signup process gave me a different impression than the marketing suggested about how smoothly onboarding would go. For example, the label on the main dashboard was ambiguous — I thought it indicated access to more tools, but it was just a link to tutorials instead. That discrepancy made me frustrated early on as I was trying to figure out how to set up my workflows, and I spent time clicking through confusing sections that didn’t match what the brochure implied. It didn’t help that the telephonic support wasn’t very clear on what steps to take either. I felt like I could have made a better choice if it was clearer at the sales stage what exactly I would get and where the key features truly were, instead of vague headings that made me assume fit was better.
