I found that the clear labeling on the calling tools feature was particularly helpful in getting started quickly. At first, some parts of the software were a bit ambiguous with their terminology, especially in the database section where I had to guess what certain options would do. But the dialer’s options had labels that made their functions quite obvious, so I could set up call flows without needing much extra help. The only slight downside was that the labels in the database feature needed more explanation since I had to consult the help materials to be sure I was inputting data correctly. Automatic updates didn’t change the labels, which was good because I wouldn’t want to relearn anything after an update. Overall, the product is user-friendly thanks to the calling tools, even if some parts of the interface could be a bit more intuitive in their wording. This helped reduce frustration and let me focus on practical use rather than guessing what buttons might do.
