Mujhe laga sales aur pre-purchase mein kuch cheezein clear nahi thi, wording thoda ajeeb tha. Jo labels diye they product ke parts ke liye, woh mere liye samajhna mushkil tha. Training mein bhi agar thoda aur simple examples hote toh better rahata. Main genuinely excited thi ki software easy use karungi but shuruaat me confusing terminology ne thoda darraya. Sales page pe jaake feature explanation thoda zyada technical laga. Agar thoda sa aur user-friendly aur clear language hoti toh main zyada confident feel karti. Isiliye mujhe lagta hai ki yeh improvements honi chahiye taaki naye users ko koi mushkil na ho aur unke questions jaldi solve ho jaye.
