I was honestly caught off guard by how unclear the software access steps were. Mujhe laga tha ki sab clearly explained milega, par kuch instructions confusing thi, especially when signing up aur invoice samajhna meant I had to double-check multiple times. The dialer was okay, but getting into the database thodi tricky lagi, I kept wondering if I missed some tutorial or training session. Support se baat karna bhi done quickly tha, but the overall clarity lacked. It felt like I was trying to figure out a puzzle with missing pieces, and thoda frustration hui, toh I can’t exactly say it was smooth.
