Using WFHI training and onboarding was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The training material itself was valuable and covered a good range of topics which helped me understand the dialer and calling tools. But honest baat karun toh, mujhe multiple jagah dhoondhna pada ki specific information kaha milti hai, especially around setting up the database and using the automatic updates properly. Support was reachable, par thoda busy lagta tha, jis wajah se mujhe wait karna pada kabhi kabhi. Sign-up aur payment ke process mein clarity achhi thi, to woh definitely straightforward raha. But overall, it felt kabhi like a treasure hunt rather than a guided walkthrough, especially for a beginner user. Agar WFHI apne training ke structure ko thoda aur organized banaye toh yeh experience kaafi improve ho sakta hai. Small reservation yeh hai ki kabhi kabhi basic cheezein jaldi nahi milti, jo thoda frustrating tha, but the access and tools once set up were reliable enough.
