kinda overwhelming but manageable

So I started using the wfhi software and honestly wasn’t that confident in the beginning. The access part was a bit confusing at first because I kept wondering if I’m missing something important in the interface. The sign-up process was straightforward which helped a bit, and the invoicing system seemed clear after a few tries. The dialer tool occasionally lagged which annoyed me, but it wasn’t the worst thing. Training sessions helped somewhat, though they felt a bit rushed and I wasn’t always able to follow everything perfectly. By the end of the first week, I felt a little more sure of how to use the calling features and database, but I still feel there’s a learning curve ahead. Telephonic support took a while to pick up but once connected, they tried to help well. Overall, I wouldn’t say I'm totally confident yet but definitely feeling more comfortable than day one. I might continue and see if more automatic updates or the next training sessions improve things because right now it’s kinda okay, not super smooth, but manageable.
