Kinda mixed bag but I'd tell you there's some good stuff in it
So, I've been using the WFHI software over the last week or so to manage some remote tasks and honestly, it's a bit of a mixed experience. Day to day, I’ve found the dialer feature pretty convenient for quick calls, and the database setup is helpful once you get past the initial learning curve. But, some days I’d hit annoyances where updates seemed to slow things down, which was frustrating. Support calls were a bit inconsistent — sometimes quick and useful, other times I had to wait longer or clarify issues twice. The onboarding seemed straightforward at first but had moments where I had to revisit training videos because certain steps weren’t entirely clear during setup. On the positive side, invoicing was seamless, and payment wasn’t a headache at all. Overall, I think it does well with basics like sign-up and access, but the ongoing communication and support felt a bit patchy for my needs. I guess if you’re patient and can handle some hiccups, then it definitely works, though some parts of the workflow slowed my progress. I still appreciate the automatic updates keeping the tool evolving, even if they sometimes throw a wrench in things unexpectedly. So, yeah, I’d say it’s worth a try but maybe keep in mind you’ll need to tinker here and there, and be ready for a rollercoaster of support experiences.
