Kinda meh, but one good point stuck out
Honestly, my experience with the sales and pre-purchase interactions was mostly a bit meh. Things felt slow and a little confusing at times, especially when I had questions that I thought would be simple to answer, but I kept getting bounced around. It wasn’t like terrible service, but not exactly user-friendly either. I mean, the software looked promising online, but this back and forth with clarifications took longer than I expected. Sometimes I felt like I wasn’t getting the full picture before signing up which left me unsure about what I was really paying for. The invoicing part was at least okay—clear and straightforward, so that was a relief. But honestly, the way things dragged on and I had to keep reminding them about basic info made the whole thing feel more complicated than it should be. I guess the good thing I can say is that in the end, things did get sorted out, but by then I was already feeling frustrated with the process. Overall, it was more of a hassle than a smooth journey for me.
